VERY CLEAN & COMFORTABLE RENTAL IN QUIET COMMUNITY IN NORTH OCEAN CITY. Caine Woods. (139TH ST.)
This is our family beach home not just any rental. We take pride in the condition and we want our guests to not only enjoy their time in OC but also enjoy our home. Over the years we have gone through major updates and improvements both inside and out. The fenced in yard with patio provides additional outdoor space for private dining and relaxing and you can enjoy your morning coffee or the sunset skies from the front screened porch.

Our three bedroom, two bath home is close to many of Ocean City's attractions. Just a short walk to the beach, mini golf, restaurants, the bay to watch the sunsets and Gorman Park with playground, pickleball and tennis.

We offer most of the amenities of your own home including a coffee maker, ironing board, hair dryer, comfortable newer beds, and many other extras!!! Kitchen comes equipped with all appliances, toaster, and microwave. There are TV's in all bedrooms two with DVR players, a large screen TV in family room and primary bedroom. We have board games and a DVD collection. Bikes, Boogie Boards and Sand Toys also are available for guests use along with washer & dryer and WiFi.

From the World Famous Boardwalk and Thrasher’s Fries to the sunbathing on the beach you can never run out of things to do.

We supply pillows and blankets. You bring your own linens and towels.

Perfect Beach Getaway Stay!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this pristine home just a few blocks from the beach! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. My family thoroughly enjoyed the ample beach chairs and supplies as well as bikes to explore the bay and area! The private back patio and enclosed front porch was perfect for our morning coffee and on the short rain day. We will definitely book again for our future stays in OCMD!

We stayed here for the Oceans Calling Concert. It was easy to catch the beach bus and get to the concert. Loved the location and would stay again for a beach trip since there are chairs, umbrellas and bikes available.

Great OC vacay place!

We are already talking about when we can make a trip back! This property is located in a great neighborhood close to everything and provided lots of extra space for our family. The host provided all of the details and information we needed in advance and was readily available with any questions we had along the way. Our kids loved the bikes and the adults loved sitting in the outdoor spaces. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to take the family back.

Beautiful home. Great location.

We had a very pleasant vacation staying here! Our two families loved the layout of the home and the location was just perfect for a family with small children. There’s enough space that our two families with two kids and two adults each felt cozy yet had enough space to be comfortable too. Leila is very easy to get ahold of and she’s so accommodating. Home in Caine Woods

We rented the Wagners home for the second time and it was great as always. The house is always very clean. All the appliances are updated and work. The back patio/yard area is so nice as well as the screened in front porch. Our family had a wonderful stay and look forward to renting the home again in the future!

Very nice and clean house

We stayed in this beautiful home for two weeks (7-22-23 until 8-5-23) with our sons and their families. The house was very clean and spacious for our families. It was very nicely decorated. We loved the screened in front porch and the back yard area. the neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. If we had any questions Leila was quick to respond to me. We hope to be able to stay in this beautiful home again!

The house was really nice but the beds were uncomfortable. The grill in the backyard was very dirty.

Great access to the beach and very nice location. The furniture needs to be updated as well as the beds. It was very uncomfortable. The blinds on some of the windows are broken. The blinds on the sliding glass door to the backyard were broken when we arrived. The coffee pot was dirty as well. We did have a good time. The house needs to be maintained a little bit more.

Amanda, We're sorry the home did not meet your expectations. We take pride in maintaining our beach house and hope all our guests enjoy a five star experience. All the beds and mattresses are of high quality and only 2 years old. At the beginning of the season, we spend several days getting the house in order making sure everything is 100% ready to go. As the season progresses, we can only fix what we know is broken. We will certainly take care of the broken blinds as this is the first I am hearing of them being broken and I will have a chat with my cleaners about the dirty coffee pot. The grill is brand new and I can only hope our future guests will take more care in using it. Our philosophy is to improve the house every year and every $ goes right back into improvements that are noted in our returning guests reviews. We hope you'll come back and see what improvements we've made for next season.

Such a great vacation!

This is such a nice vacation home for our stay. It was spacious for our family and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was really clean and well maintained. We were able to walk to the beach, and it was close to many amenities. Northside Park has live music and fireworks on Sunday! We will definitely book again whenever we come back to OCMD. Highly recommend!

Family-friendly, quiet getaway

This house was the perfect spot for what we wanted in a OCMD vacation! The house is an easy, straight walk to public beach access and within walking distance of some fun things like two mini golf places and a playground. However, it's far from the hubbub of the boardwalk and vacationers who want the night life - the neighborhood is super quiet. The screened-in front porch with rocking chairs is an ideal spot to include the quiet at night with your favorite beverage after any little ones are in bed. The house was more than enough for our family of three with one kid, and somehow the pictures of the living space don't do it justice for the room there is. The house was clean when we arrived and we appreciated how well-stocked it was with dishes, spices, coffee filters, and pillows (the essentials :). The owner was very responsive and friendly when reserving the house. It is clear that they take pride in keeping the home updated and clean for their guests. We hope to stay again!

Great OCMD Getaway

Great Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

This home was the perfect distance from the beach and everything OC has to offer. It's located just far enough from the main tourist traps that it's not noisy or busy and in a small, quiet neighborhood, but not so far that things aren't easily accessible. The beach is easily within short walking distance, maybe 4 blocks. The home was modern, very clean and had all the amenities you would need. For those like me that grew up gaming in the early 90s, there's even a hidden gem. We will definitely be coming back!

Marty and I have been married since 1988 we live in Severna Park, just about a 2.5 hour drive to OC. Marty use to visit OC as a boy and his parents retired there. I'm from Seattle and he introduced me to the area and I immediately loved it but then again I am a warm weather beach lover. Our two boys now in their 30's have stories of their own about their OC adventures, some I am sure I don't want to know about.

Why they chose this property

We inherited this home along with Marty's two sisters and wanted to keep it in the family. This home has many special memories as we spent a number of wonderful beach vacations with our children here. The feeling we get once we come over the bridge into Ocean City is awesome.. It's at that point we leave all the stress behind. We hope you can create some great memories too!

Its quiet neighborhood location, steps from the Assawoman Bay, offers endless possibilities of fun and the sun. Whether it’s taking in a view of the sunset from Northside Park, enjoying the beach a short walk from the house, strolling or riding bikes through the neighborhood, or taking advantage of the numerous restaurants, shops, parks and activities Ocean City offers, You're about 10 minute drive to Bethany Beach and it's about 30 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and 'no tax' outlet shopping.
