Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, this comfortable retreat offers easy access to I-90 and the best of North Idaho. Just 10 minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene, you’re close to the lake, restaurants, grocery, and shops. Travel is simple with Spokane International Airport only 35 minutes away, and beautiful Sandpoint just an hour north—perfect for exploring the region.

Backyard is fully fenced.

Located walking distance to Cherry Hill Park, includes 18-hole disc golf, off-leash dog park, bmx track, and more.

House has three bedrooms, which include two queen size beds and one king size. The main floor is the kitchen and living space. Upper floor has two bedrooms and a master bath, and downstairs has a living room with 70” TV, an additional bedroom which is just across from another full bath room/laundry.

Every thing in the home is accessible minus an owner’s closet with cleaning supplies.

The house is located with nearly immediate access to the freeway. The windows of the home are both double and triple-pane — no road noise inside the home.
