Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven in the heart of Coeur d’Alene! Nestled just moments from downtown, this charming single-story home is the perfect base for your North Idaho getaway. The house was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch and walked downtown.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, it was lovely. Easy to get to downtown CDA, but quiet and surrounded by trees for shade. Vacation Rental Collective manages this property and they were extremely responsive when I had questions.

The house has been recently remodeled and is nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Very responsive communication with management. Would stay here again!

Exactly what I wanted

I just needed a place we could bring the dogs, and I ended up with a nice, clean, comfortable house. The air conditioner was great. The beds were clean and comfortable. Parking in the driveway was nice instead of the street.

Perfect Vacation Homebase

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a great house for my daughters 16th birthday! Clean and cozy and we were able to drive downtown in 5 minutes for coffee, shopping and restaurants. If it hadn’t rained we would have walked to town. Had everything we needed!

Clean house, quiet neighborhood

Stayed for an event at North Idaho College, which is an under 5 minute drive from the house. The property is located on a dead-end street, so there was zero road traffic and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean. I contacted the management company regarding a minor maintenance issue and it was fixed the same day. Highly recommend.

Immaculate House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with this house. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is easy to get to and we even walked downtown to check out the local restaurants and sites. The three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great for our family of 5. The kitchen was well appointed although we did not use it for much. The living room couch was very comfortable. The A/C worked well and we loved having the use of the garage. We would stay here again! Thanks for a great place to stay while in CDA.

Clean and spacious house near Coeur d’Alene

Nicely updated house with plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and the bedding was very comfortable. Bathrooms were also in generally good shape except for one small issue with a fan that the property manager was correcting after we left. The living spaces - kitchen, dining and tv area - were large and relaxing. The place is close to downtown in a neighborhood that is undergoing renovations. It was quiet and felt safe and we enjoyed the space.

Property is located in a great location; comes with a driveway which is a perk. The neighborhood is very quiet as its next to the cemetery. The kitchen could use a few utensil upgrades and stocked better (but we like to cook & know this is not important to all guests). The beds were comfortable but the master bathroom was quite small, especially for 2 people trying to get ready at the same time. There were no TV's in the bedrooms (again this is not important to everyone). The home felt "cheaper" than other VRBO's we have stayed at. It just felt very bare bones and not as inviting as it has the potential to be.

Beautiful home inside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful inside however, the yard is much to be desired and it’s not kid friendly as it’s a dried up yard. The house next-door looks like something out of the ghetto. And it’s definitely more than a 12 minute walk to downtown.

We are so sorry that the location wasn't what you had anticipated, with it being a mile away from the downtown Coeur d' Alene area it could for sure take more than 12 minutes, we will put the distance on our description to help guests determine the time. Unfortunately we had some issues with our sprinkler system the weeks leading up to your arrival, that along with the higher than normal temperatures caused the yard to get dry, we have since fixed the system and are working on getting the yard back to a healthy condition. Amazing Rental Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I cannot say enough great things about this property that we stayed in on 'C" Street in Coeur d'Alene! The home was perfect for the 6 of us! The bedrooms were a great size, the decor and furniture was great! I was able to cook an awesome Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and the living room is perfect for family movie time. The backyard is so spacious and was a wonderful fenced in space for our puppy! The street is quiet and the location is PRIME! We were able to walk to downtown Coeur d"Alene for the tree lighting and parade. Grocery stores are close. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.
