Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven in the heart of Coeur d'Alene! Nestled just moments away from downtown, this charming house is the perfect home base for your Idaho getaway.

Just a short distance from the vibrant downtown area where you will find many local eateries, shops, and entertainment options. Within walking distance to explore the natural beauty of lake Coeur d'Alene and nearby parks, trails. Don't forget to bring your golf clubs to enjoy any of our many golf courses just a short distance from your vacation home. Bring your bikes or rent them from one of many rental companies for easy access to trails along the lake and river and downtown area. The backyard makes for a great place to enjoy evening meals, a game of cornhole or simply relax after a day of touring North Idaho.

With three bedrooms and two full baths, our home is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate families, couples or groups of friends. Enjoy the expansive yard, perfect for outdoor barbecues, yard games, playing with your dog, or simply unwinding!

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
