The AC did not work part of the way through the stay. We had a friend with eczema and he could not sleep because the house was so hot and the AC would not work. The house felt a little dungeon-y with the curtains instead of closet doors.. But overall the place was nice and clean. Easy to check in to and a good stay.
Our family of 10 were very comfortable in this home. Close to town but it's a mountain neighborhood so we saw deer, turkey and even a black bear during our stay. The roads are not paved so just make sure the weather will cooperate with your vehicle during your stay.
Our stay at the hidden Pine cottage in Estes Park was fabulous. We had a wonderful time. The hot tub was very enjoyable. My son-in-law was up there participating in the Scottish games and the entire weekend was very special. We were lucky to find such a accommodating place to stay.
