Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Non-smoking. 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, board games, library of books, Wifi. Plus, two beach chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed). Notes: Carpet in bedrooms only, with tile in all other areas.
