This condo was wonderful for a weekend getaway! The view was spectacular and led to strolls on the beach and the pool and jacuzzi amenities were spot on! Sea Colony is also close to restaurants and near-by beaches! I can't wait to go again!

The unit was redecorated and there are all new appliances in the kitchen. There are new floors throughout. There is a new tv in the living room with streaming channels. There is a brand new king size bed with an excellent thick mattress. The tv in the bedroom has streaming channels but does not get good reception which was very frustrating because it was a huge news week. The hosts are very nice and receptive.Celine

Valentina was super responsive with responding to all of my questions. Once we arrived we walked everywhere we needed to go, the beach, the store, restaurants. Perfect location to relax and unwind. My husband and I visited in the winter time so there were not many people around, which is what we wanted. We would definitely would return!

Beautiful vacation!

Sea Colony is a perfect place to stay for a vacation at Bethany Beach. The view from our condo was beautiful and a quick walk to the beach. You can walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. Bike rental is close with a lovely Sea Colony neighborhood to ride. We have enjoyed several vacations here!

Nice week away

The unit is very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient with a lovely balcony facing the ocean and it has everything you need for a nice week away. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would happily come back to this area again.
