We offer 1 BR / 1 1/2 BA accommodations, clean and comfortable and most importantly very conveniently located, close to everything.
Comfortable King size bed.

This is your home away from home! It has most everything you have at home, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, digital cable TV with HD channels, DVD fast speed cable INTERNET, wired and WI-FI, modern and comfortable furniture, balcony chairs and more.

We will provide linens and bath towels and the use of our beach locker including a few good beach chairs

SeaColony charges a weekly flat fee/person (4YO or oder), or any art of the week, not prorated, for the use of amenities and parking.

Valentina was super responsive with responding to all of my questions. Once we arrived we walked everywhere we needed to go, the beach, the store, restaurants. Perfect location to relax and unwind. My husband and I visited in the winter time so there were not many people around, which is what we wanted. We would definitely would return!

Beautiful vacation!

Sea Colony is a perfect place to stay for a vacation at Bethany Beach. The view from our condo was beautiful and a quick walk to the beach. You can walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. Bike rental is close with a lovely Sea Colony neighborhood to ride. We have enjoyed several vacations here!

A great beach getaway in the winter

We had a marvelous time. The apartment has a glorious view of the beach -- which is what we needed in January!. It was extremely comfortable. Checking in/out was seamless. The owners were extremely helpful with the check in and had the place spotless and ready when we got there.Thanks again. We look forward to returning.
