Beautiful condo/great location

The condo is super clean, nicely decorated, and has comfy furniture. Easy access to downtown and the outlets. Quiet and the grounds are immaculate too! Loved that it has an elevator! Would 100% stay here again.

Upon arrival, we quickly noticed the unit hadn’t been refreshed from the last guest. The bathrooms had used towels, the one bed wasn’t made, and there were dishes in the sink. The management company offered to send someone to clean it but that wouldn’t occur until the next day because it was a holiday or they could refund the cleaning fee and allow us to buy our own cleaning supplies. We’re glad the management company had a resolution we felt was satisfactory though it was disappointing to have that be our first impression. We want to believe the cleaning company missed an appointment and it wasn’t intentional. The unit itself was very nice! It is an interior unit on the top floor. It had high-end finishes, quality furniture, and was spacious. Having a washer/dryer was awesome. The balcony was also a great feature (though it wasn’t private). It overlooks a small reservoir and parking lot but that’s to be expected in a condo. The community was the best part! It was well kept and everyone we encountered was friendly. The pool and parking was close by and similar to other reviews, the elevator was nice. You don’t have to walk up to the third floor. It’s very close to the bike trail. The community isn’t really walking distance to shops or restaurants, that was a small draw back. The only other challenge was the TV in the living room didn’t work. The management company offered to send someone out but we opted to vacation without TV.Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We're sorry your arrival included those housekeeping oversights. We appreciate you working with the management company on a solution, and we're grateful you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay despite that rough start. We're so glad the unit itself impressed you with its high-end finishes, spacious layout, and quality furnishings, and that the washer and dryer added real convenience. It sounds like the location within the community worked well for you, with easy access to the pool, parking, and that great bike trail nearby. The views from the balcony and the friendly atmosphere throughout the community are real highlights. We've shared your feedback about the initial cleaning and the TV issue with the team so they can review what happened. Thank you for giving us the chance to do better, and we'd love to welcome you back whenever your travels bring you our way again.

Great summer place

My puppy loved it. Close to beaches and Resturants and trails. I do wish there was a tv in the master bedroom. And also the pool shouldn’t allow babies with diapers in the pool. Other than that I love it and will book again. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Madonna. I appreciate your suggestion for a TV in the master bedroom—we’ll be sure to pass that along to our local team for future consideration. Regarding your concern about pool rules, we understand how important pool hygiene and safety are, and we’ll share your feedback with the property management to help ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

The condo complex was nice, quiet, friendly people, not too far from town, and the pool stays open until 9/21. I also loved that it was dog friendly and has an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor and my dog is old and can't do the steps anymore. The condo itself was nicely decorated, master bedroom is very large, and we liked the balcony. The condo is not well stocked, though. There was no bedspread on the one bed...just a sheet! There were only 3 wine glasses, no cooking items except salt/pepper, no K-cups to even get you started, no dish soap, no dish drainer, pasta strainer, spatula, etc. Then there were broken items...the coffee pot, screen door, bedroom lamp, nail sticking up out of threshold, and loose threshold. Finally, there was no key fob in the unit to access the pool, club house, workout room, and trash dumpsters. In addition, the access code on the keypad to enter the condo was a 10-digit number…ridiculous! It’s also very confusing renting on VRBO but from a Vacasa management company because Vacasa sends multiple emails and texts, but it’s best to keep the correspondence on the VRBO app for protection and transparency purposes. And every time you ask a question a different Vacasa employee corresponds with you so it gets very confusing and overwhelming. It’s nice to correspond with only one person, but this will never happen, so I do not recommend renting a Vacasa property. They are very responsive and helped us with some of our requests, but not all.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the condo complex’s location, peaceful atmosphere, dog-friendly environment, elevator access, and the decor of the unit. It’s wonderful to know these aspects contributed positively to your stay. At the same time, we're truly sorry to learn about the challenges you experienced with the kitchen and household supplies, the broken items, the absence of a key fob for amenities, and the confusing access code. We also apologize for any frustration caused by the communication with multiple Vacasa team members. Your comfort and ease during your stay are very important to us, and it’s clear we fell short in these areas. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
