Beach Haven unit A-101

The apartment was excellent with easy parking, a beautiful pool everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare breakfast or dinner, and two beautiful bedrooms. The TV in the living room was awesome. There is a table on the screened porch and in the dining area as well as a counter with three stools.

We had trouble with the lock - no instructions. The carpets are filthy; had to bandage my foot and put on white socks over the bandage . They were filthy when I went to bed. The refrigerator was leaking even after the freezer was adjusted. The shower needs more pressure or better shower heads, it took Forever to rinse shampoo out of hair. And the worst was the guest room closet smelled like cat pee. We tried sprays but nothing worked. The location was good, easy to get to and convenient to all that is around. Nice and quiet and friendly people.

We're sorry to hear your stay fell short in several ways. We want to address what you experienced. The lock instructions should have been clear and accessible, and we're sorry that wasn't the case. We're also sorry the carpets weren't clean to the standard we hold, and that the refrigerator continued to leak even after adjustment. The shower pressure and the odor in the guest room closet are real concerns that fall short of what we expect for our guests. We've shared all of this feedback with our housekeeping, maintenance, and property teams so they can review and address these issues. We're glad the location and neighborhood worked well for you, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know what needs attention.
