This captivating retreat has a sunny living area with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV with cable and streaming services, and a gorgeous coffee table, which is a great spot to gather around for a family game night. There are plenty of board games supplied for your entertainment. The galley-style kitchen has modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. The separate dining room is ideal for family meals at the large dining table. On this level, you will also find a bedroom with a smart TV, a side-by-side washer/dryer, and a den that acts as a sleeping nook. The upper level has a secluded primary suite with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. This home's location situates you two miles from South Cape Beach State Park and Mashpee Town Beach, two and a half miles from Popponesset Inn, five miles from Mashpee Commons, and 11 miles from downtown Falmouth. Great quiet spot tucked away in golf community

Overall really great - my 9 year old and 15 year old and her friend enjoyed the pool. Was a good time for everyone - plenty of space and ammenities!

The unit was clean and the first floor was very comfortable. The house was stocked with more than just a starter supply of things, which made it nice. The pool had no instructions on how to turn on the heater. Not good for a rental. The desk they said they had on work remote was a joke…a bad joke. What a surprise to see a little cabinet , without a chair, as the work area. The property was very helpful and provided us with an extension cord. He was very helpful and responsive with others things as well. There is NO central air upstairs. There is a very noisy machine vented to the outside through an open window. Besides the noise, this setup let in the humidity. An adult couldn’t sleep very well with the noise but shutting it off became too hot and humid. ALSO, the mattresses on both beds were terrible. They may be good for a child but not good for an adult. This can’t be the first time the owner heard this complaint. My adult daughter woke up during the night with back soreness from the mattresses not giving any support and from A/C noise.

Just a beautiful spot nestled into the quiet new seabury neighborhood. Downtown Falmouth is close by for dining and such. Mashoee commons. Perfect location and the house is clean and hospitable. Highly recommend

Carpeting unsightly and stained throughout property. Fuses kept popping, without dishwasher for 24 hours due to electric box, worried it was a fire hazard and had to allow owner to come into property to fix. Inconvenient and annoying. Had to wash dishes at start of visit, pots and pans put away covered in food, not washed. Glasses filthy. Asked for a partial refund, no response.
