Sleeps 4 comfortably - the bedroom has a brand new King sized Tempurpedic mattress with an adjustable base to allow you to find the most comfortable sleeping position or watch TV in bed. Bonus living room sleeper sofa has an exceptionally comfortable queen sized mattress.

Great location

Lovely renovated cottage with ocean view and a short walk to a private beach. We enjoyed biking to the Marketplace and grabbing dinner at the Raw Bar. The cottage was well stocked and clean. Mashpee Commons was a short drive away which provided entertainment and a break from the beach.

Beautiful cottage in quaint beachside village

This clean, bright cottage is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Owners are wonderful and quick to respond to questions or requests. Located in lovely Maushop village in New Seabury. Close to the private beach and a quick walk to Popponesett Marketplace and Inn for wonderful drinks, dinning and shopping. Perfect place for a Cape visit.

22 Vineyard Way did not disappoint!! Our family of three had a lovely week in Maushop. This was the best unit we have rented so far. The kitchen is nicely upgraded and had all we needed. The washer and dryer were wonderful and the bathroom was updated and clean. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower. The bed was comfy and having lots of towels was helpful. The outdoor space was also perfect and all the furniture was in good shape.
Water views from patio!
We were able to work remotely from the dining room during the day.

Pure Cape Cod

We were looking for a stand alone cottage by the ocean. This one is so perfect. Updated and so comfortable. Impressed with the bed and quality pillows!! Even the coffee maker was top quality!!

Cape Cod Getaway!

what a wonderful getaway! this condo felt like a standalone cottage as it was light, airy and had a great front patio tucked away behind hydrangeas. It was only a 60 second walk to the beach steps and only a 10 minute walk to the marketplace. We loved having a bathtub too! We hope to come back soon for another visit in our favorite cape cod neighborhood! :)
