It's less than a block off Commercial Street, three-quarters of a mile from the Pilgrim Monument, and a mile and half from Herring Cove Beach. Walk to galleries in the afternoons, dinner in the evenings, and annual events all summer long. After a day of whale-watching or beach-going, find the perfect place to unwind on the spacious, shaded deck, thoughtfully outfitted with a large table for sunset dinners alfresco. Great place to stay & good location, house just needs some TLC before next season. Things need fresh paint; deck seems to be falling apart outside; a few repairs & organization would do it some good. But overall felt safe & enjoyed it.

This little spot was wonderful! Located in the West End, it was quiet and serene. The place was so clean, comfortable, and had all the kitchen amenities you need.The bathroom was huge with great light, large mirrors, a spacious shower and laundry, which were all greatly welcomed features. The deck offered the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cookout! Walkable to all things, storage space for bikes, and Perry's Market just steps away. Thanks, 3 Franklin, we'll be back!
