Curl up on the sectional and watch shows on the smart TV with streaming or play the Xbox (Game Pass installed!). The gas fireplace provides warmth, ambiance, and a cozy atmosphere. The living area opens onto a beautiful deck with an alfresco dining area where you can gather for meals or play board games. On this level, you will also discover a bedroom with a smart TV. The second floor features a primary suite and a junior suite, each with its own full attached bathroom. The primary suite boasts a smart TV and a private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the Town of Bethany Beach. Additional perks include a gas grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, EV charger, Ping-Pong table, cornhole, EV charger, an XBox, and high-speed WiFi. This elevated home offers a peaceful escape while still being close to all the action. The charming beach town of Bethany Beach offers a variety of activities for visitors to enjoy, including Bethany Beach (known for its beautiful sandy shores), Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Fenwick Island State Park, Delaware Seashore State Park (fishing, hiking, and birdwatching), Bethany Beach Nature Center, shopping, paddleboarding, kayaking, and golfing (Bear Trap Dunes or Salt Pond Golf Club). Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please respect the no dog policy. This is an elevated home with a flight of steps to get to the main living level. TVs are streaming only with Guest login. There is no cable. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Recent renovation convenient to downtown Bethany

Nicely renovated, extremely well equipped kitchen. Just a short walk to the beach & downtown Bethany. The only negatives are no view and a lot of road noose from rt 26
