This condo was perfect for our family. Well furnished and decorated. Very clean when we arrived and linen service was good quality. Porch is great for morning coffee. Overall for the price, this property well exceeded our expectations. Bear Trap is a high-end golf community with tree-lined streets and a beautiful pool. Be prepared to pay the per-person amenities fee if you plan to use the pool. On the negative side, property manager is off-shore. We had problems with the front door lock/code , lock may need to be replaced. Dishwasher did not work for our entire stay and we had to figure out how to turn on the fridge ice maker as it was not on when we arrived. Some small tweaks would make this a great rental.

We're sorry the front door lock gave you trouble and that the dishwasher wasn't working during your stay.
