The Space:

This first floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner Golf Villa-style condo offers the utmost in convenience and features a private screened porch and rear deck which overlooks a small pond. The floor plan features 1,525 square feet of comfortable vacation space. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay. The condo features a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig single cup coffee maker, as well as full size washer and dryer. Central air conditioning. Non-smoking. 4 TVs (4 flat-screens, including a 42-inch in the living room and 32-inch TVs in the bedrooms), 2 DVDs, Stereo w/ surround sound & CD player, Wifi., Keurig , Wii gaming system with games, gas fireplace, all TVs feature Roku Media Players (includes HBOGo, Showtime Anywhere and Amazon Instant Video, available with guest's own account). The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.) *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Very nice community. Nice unit -we took our small, easy dog. Perfect for hubby, wife and pup!

Bear Trap is a very nice, friendly community. Lots of walkers, dog walkers, we lived our stay. Loved the pool and fitness center too.

My wife and I, son, daughter, their spouses and their pooches enjoyed the stay. Very nice area in the Bear Trap Dunes village. Nice clean rooms and amenities in an area I wasn't familiar with prior to our stay. A return trip to the Bethany Beach - Ocean View area will be in our future.

Lovely home, convenient to many attractions.

The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean and kitchen had all the basics for preparing a meal. Loved the view of the natural area from the back screened in porch.

Beautiful & comfortable home away from home!

We loved this place! Lovely beachy decor yet still comfortable! Feels like you’re away on vacation and you can really relax. Don’t have to worry about messing up a perfect place, because this one feels cared for and lived in, not like a model home!

Our off season stay

The unit we rented was very nice and well stocked. Aside from confusion with check in instructions sent by Vacasa which instructed us to go to an office to obtain a checkin packet which did not exist, our stay was very good.

Great vacation home!

Our family enjoyed this condo very much. It was especially nice to be on one floor with a 2 and 6 year old. Very a glad to have the outside grill. We were disappointed to discover that the pool was only for owners.

We apologize for the misunderstanding: community amenities, including the pool, are available for guest use with the purchase of an amenities pass. These passes are available for purchase at the Bear Trap Pavillion upon arrival. They provide access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court, saunas, playground, and summer beach shuttle (not operating in 2021). More information on the pricing and details of the amenities pass can be found in the check-in email that is sent out a week prior, as well as the day-of check-in email. We hope to have the opportunity to host you in the future!

Kitchen was not clean. Dirty broiler pans were in the oven full of grease. Bugs in the overhead light fixtures in the house, cobwebs in the bathroom, dirty A/C intakes. The towels were nice.

Cozy, quiet, great wintertime retreat.

Was everything we expected and more. Offseason brings solitude to Bear Claw Dunes resort, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. We, with our 12-year old son, greatly enjoyed the Pavilion indoor pool and we also enjoyed traveling around the Bethany Beach/Rehoboth areas. Cheers!

Great vacation!

This was a great place for our small family. Very comfortable and cozy. Only problem we had was pool by complex was not open for maintenance reasons. Do think passes should be included instead of having to pay $20/person to use pool and shuttle.

Great 1st floor condo

Very clean and well-furnished Bear Trap condo. This was our 2nd stay in this unit and some upgrades appear to have been made since our last visit a few years ago. Note to future renters that this unit is very convenient to the October Glory pool but that pool is currently limited to homeowners and their guests only.

They have since updated their glassware, bought a new sofa and chair, recovered the dining room chair cushions and updated some comforters. They also replaced the flooring throughout the condo. A nice community great for a vacation

This was a great well-stocked and nicely decorated condo. One tiny suggestion would be to change shower head in master bath it's clogged with sediment. We would definitely stay here again. Not a negative against our condo, but the upstairs renters had 5 kids and 4 adults and 2 dogs. The one dog barked and howled the entire time the people weren't home. The kids made so much noise we couldnt get our afternoon naps.
