Steps from vibrant Main Street, you’ll be surrounded by some of Vancouver’s best restaurants and cafés. Ideal for families or groups, the home offers the perfect blend of style and convenience, with easy access to transit and top attractions.

This home offers a bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath layout with open-concept living, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private patio for indoor-outdoor enjoyment. The space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, ideal for families or groups.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers a versatile trundle bed that can be set up as a king.

Please note that there is a basement suite on the property, occupied by a very kind and quiet long-term tenant. To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours

Guests will have full private access to the main house, including all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. The basement suite is not included in the rental, as it is occupied by a long-term tenant. The back patio is a shared space with the tenant. There are no shared indoor areas. Entry is via self check-in for your convenience.

Please note that the second bedroom closet is locked and used to store our personal belongings. We kindly ask that guests do not use this closet.

We give guests full privacy to enjoy the home, but we’re always available if you need anything during your stay. Our team provides 24/7 support through the booking platform and is happy to assist with any questions, recommendations, or issues that may come up.

No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM and must be respected at all times. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home; violations will result in a $500 USD fee. Pets are not permitted. Please dispose of garbage and recycling properly, as failure to do so may result in a $500 USD charge. The stairwell connecting to the basement suite is strictly off-limits, as it is occupied by a long-term tenant.
