Every corner of this home has been designed for comfort & relaxation. A place where you can truly unwind. Open floor plan gives your plenty of room to stretch out, 3 nice sized bedrooms with wall mounted TVs and 2 beautiful full bathrooms. There is fast internet, a game room with a pool table, and lots of board games and books for your vacation. Pet friendly with fenced yard. Grassy area for kids with a swing set, outdoor firepit for laughing and smores, with outdoor seating and a propane BBQ.

The space
The Comfy Home sits on 1 acre for your privacy. The neighborhood is quiet, away from traffic, but close to everything. There is a community pool in the neighborhood within walking distance that is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The King Master Suite has a private bathroom. The Queen Mountain Room has been designed to bring you the Smoky Mt. Vibes. The 3rd Bedroom offers 2 twin beds with natural lighting.

The house has an open floor plan which includes the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen with a stocked Coffee Bar. We provide coffee, creamer, tea, and hot chocolate. To make your stay easier, the kitchen includes starter supplies such as cooking oils, a variety of spices, flour and sugar. You could be surprised with farm fresh produce, eggs and hot cereals!

Outside has a Firepit, we provide the firewood. And a propane BBQ for you to enjoy at the outdoor dining area.

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a pet fee. There is a fenced in area 40 inches tall, about 50x50 feet with 3 gates. Please keep your pet leashed until inside the fenced in area. Please be respectful and clean up after your pets. Doggie bags are provided.

In addition to the Coffee Bar and Kitchen supplies, we provide Dish Soap, Laundry Soap, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and complete sets of towels and linens for your whole stay. We want you to enjoy your stay with us!

Other things to note
For the security of our home and the safety of our guests, there are 2 cameras for surveillance. There is a Ring Doorbell in the front of the house and a mounted Ring Camera overlooking the back yard outside of the kitchen window.

We are not intrusive and want you to enjoy your stay, we've positioned the cameras away from the interior of the home. Unfortunately, security these days are a necessity, and we have to protect our home. Thank you for understanding.

My husband and I remodeled this house in 2024 to live in and decided we want to travel and explore the country! We are renting out the house for others to enjoy and have great family memories!
