Cabin In The City - Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Forest Trails

Located at the heart of Karns, our cabin Hideaway is centrally located, 20 min to downtown Knoxville/UT or 20 min to Oak Ridge.

Wake up each morning in one of our unique beds (1 king, 2 queens, 1 queen pull-out), enjoy a cup of coffee on the wide deck, & visit with loved ones around the fire pit surrounded by a tranquil forest.

As you wind up the hill on our 1/4 mile drive, keep an eye out for the families of turkeys and deer following some of the trails in the surrounding woods. Plus the indoor 6-person hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a busy day of adventuring!

We have a furnished living room, dining room, and 3 bedrooms (1 king upstairs, 2 queens on the main floor). We also have a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. Upstairs is the en-suite full bath with a soaking tub and an additional shower. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is on the main level.

We have approximately 9 acres of wooded hillside between this property and the adjoining private property. You’ll find clearly marked trails to explore the ridge top safely.

The property is truly a “hilltop”. Although the driveway is paved, we recommend no vehicles larger than a pickup truck.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB: The tenant understands that there are special risks involved in the use of a hot tub. Tenant is aware there are potential dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as any person using the hot tub too long or if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or is pregnant. Tenant agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner of property for accidents or injury arising from use the hot tub. Tenant agrees that he/she is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the hot tub through their or their guest's misuse or negligence. Should Tenant or Tenant’s guests contaminate the water with dirt, sand, or suntan lotion by not abiding by the rules, Tenant agrees to an additional charge of $300.00 to cover the cost to drain, clean and refill the tub and remediate the contamination to the filtering system. In consideration of my anticipated stay, I agree, intending will be legally bound hereby, that the property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for my injury or death, or the injury or death of my invited guests. This Disclosure and Waiver of Liability is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions of my contract through VRBO.
