Athol is waiting for you at this perfect 4-bedroom house. Inside, guests find a cozy mix of beds including a king, two queens, and two bunk beds (twin size over full) also a pack and play if needed, making it ideal for families or groups. Two bathrooms with showers add convenience to your stay. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this quaint home offers a phenomenal base, especially if you're headed to Silverwood, Farragut State Park, Lake Pond Oreille, Sandpoint or Coeur D Alene. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
There are train tracks close to this home so you will hear a whistle or two. The home is on 5 acres and the yard is unfenced so please do not leave your children unattended. If you decide to use the outdoor grill, turn propane and burners on and press ignite. Once you are finished with grill please turn burners and propane tank off and clean grill. By using the grill, you are taking responsibility for any damages ensued by the use. Please keep it away from the exterior of the house and remember to turn it off. No pet’s allowed.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The trash bin is on the south side of the house. Please put garbage in it when you leave.
Ensure you have all your belongings and nothing of ours accidently ends up in a kids bag :)
Please leave stripped bedding in room on floor and all used towels in laundry room. Just leave unused beds made :)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please ensure the front door is closed and locked, turn off lights, burners, grill, propane tank, oven and hair heated products when you leave.
Be considerate of the neighbors. No parties or loud noises after 10pm
Please clean up sticky food or fingers before they spread.

Best VRBO experience yet. Super clean house, great space for a large family vacation. Host was amazing, communicative and location was close to Silverwood. My kids loved the view of aftershock in the distance. Highly recommend!
