Welcome to the Summer House on Shenandoah!
It's your own private slice of Hayden Lake - where your days are spent on the water and evenings are gathered around the fire and there's room for everyone to relax. With incredible, expansive views of the water from all living spaces.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath lakefront retreat sleeps up to 12 of your favorite people and offers the perfect blend of comfort, recreation and laid-back lakefront lifestyle you want to experience on your special time away with friends and family. Once down the lakefront stairs, you can enjoy your private boat slip, then grab one of the provided kayaks or paddleboards and head out to explore the shores. After a day of relaxing or exploring on the water, fire up the BBQ. gather around the firepit or simply settle in and enjoy the quiet peaceful surroundings.

Inside, there is plenty of room to spread out with two separate living areas. Whether you're vacationing with your closest friends or celebrating special time together with family, everyone can have the space to relax while still coming together for meals, games, movies, etc... creating the most incredible lakefront memories.

From morning coffee by the water to sunsets conversations around the fire, the Summer House is a home designed for slowing down, reconnecting and enjoying everything Hayden Lake has to offer.

UPPER LOFT AREA:
- Queen bedroom with an attached bath including bathtub only, sink & toilet.

- Bunkroom with two twin over full bunk beds.
- Full bath with shower only.
- Laundry area available for guest use

- Private single slip boat dock * Please note, like most lakefront properties, access to the water is only available by taking the stairs and we have three levels of them. Not recommended for people with mobility issues.

- 45 minutes from Schweitzer ski resort, offering outdoor activities for all ages.

HIGHLIGHTS OF HOME RENTAL INCLUDES:
* Use of single slip private dock - please contact us if you plan on bringing a boat.
There is no boat trailer parking on site (STEEP SHARED DRIVEWAY)

PLEASE NOTE:
*Garage is a shared space between the two homes.
*Driveway requires a steep turn and is a shared driveway with second rental home. *We do give specific parking suggestions to both home's guests, so as to not affect each other's access.
*Lakefront access IS NOT RECOMMENDED for those who have mobility issues. Like many lakefront homes, we have multiple levels of stairs to access our private dock.
*NO BOAT TRAILERS ALLOWED.
