About this space
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Bayview home with amazingly gorgeous views of the southern end of Lake Pend Orielle and the surrounding mountains. Large, open spaces make this the perfect getaway location to share with family and friends. Conveniently located in the middle of 4 excellent ski mountains for you to enjoy.
In the quaint town of Bayview, with all of its boating charm. Farragut State Park is just down the road, to enjoy amazing hiking, 5 disc golf courses, and beautiful water. Bayview is conveniently located 40 minutes away from Coeur d’Alene, 17 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park, and 35 minutes from the beautiful town of Sandpoint.

You will have access to the entire 2500 square foot home.
Other things to note
This home is equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy time with family. Fully stocked kitchen, towels, bedding and comfortable beds galore. The one bedroom that has 2 twin beds is an open upstairs loft, with a ladder leading towards it. It is off of the master bedroom. This room has no door and a ladder leading to it, but is perfect for kids. NOTE: This home is not waterfront.

Beautiful home, gorgeous view, and lots of space for a large family. The kitchen is well appointed. We had everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner. There is a fantastic restaurant in town and groceries near by.We saw Bald Eagles, turkeys and deer. The kids loved the wildlife.

Comfortable home with lovely view

We had everything we needed to be comfortable and the property has a lovely view. We stayed a few days and visited the Silverwood Theme park which is just a short drive away.

Very nice view

The house was very nice and view was great.We had 7 people in the house and there were enough beds, dining sets everything. when we take a shower upstairs and downstairs at the same time there were no hot water could use for one bedroom. So we had to wait for a while to one finished a shower.

Thank you for this feedback! We will definitely make sure to make people aware. There is plenty of hot water at this house, however the downstairs bathroom will get the hot water first as it’s right next to the water heater. Thank you for letting us know.

Bed to sleep in

Very clean and up to date. Only 3 of us so we had plenty beds and area to visit. Our families were camping at farragut park so we just used the air b&b for sleeping showers and coffee in the morning. All 3 of us are over 65 and can do stairs. There is no bedroom without stairs. The tub is hard to get into and out of without handles. Parking is minimal.

Silverwood trip

We took our grandchildren to Silverwood and wanted a house close by. This one fit the bill. It was an easy 15 minute drive to the park. The house is very nice-lots of wood which feels cozy. There are 3 floors which worked great for us-we were able to keep the noisy kids downstairs with a television, foosball, and room to spread out. The only suggestion I would make for our host is to have a paper with check out instructions and wi-go password. I was unable to access internet when we got to the house so I couldn’t look up the password online. It was frustrating to say the least. Also, the only instructions I received for check-out was sent to me the morning we were to leave-and we were leaving early. It would have been nice to know ahead of time what the expectations were. All in all it’s a beautiful home and I would happily recommend it to anyone traveling that direction.
