    Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and this was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. Before our arrival, I mentioned that I would be traveling with my daughter, who had recently graduated from college. The host surprised us with balloons and a candy-made cake waiting at check-in, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture and made our entry into the home filled with laughs and smiles. The house itself was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the house always smelled fresh and inviting when we returned each day. The host had everything stocked, including toiletries that we had actually forgotten and needed, laundry detergent we usually have to buy, body lotion, spices, cooking oils, and a fully stocked coffee station that made it easy.The kitchen was equipped with what appeared to be brand-new utensils and fresh towels. The backyard and pool area were beautifully maintained and included outdoor dining utensils and swimming gear for guests to enjoy.Communication was excellent before, during, and after our arrival. The host promptly answered all of our questions, provided great recommendations for our family, and even checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.Her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests made all the difference. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

    Compared to the other houses available in the LA area, this one was very reasonably priced. It was clean and cute. The bed comfort was passable. We loved the hot tub. The host was responsive with communication as well. I want to be clear that we enjoyed our stay overall, so the below list are just things I think other guests should know when booking this house. They did not cause us any major issues. 1. The driveway is super thin and the street parking is completely full of cars. So, plan on getting out of your vehicle only on one side because the fence along the driveway won't leave space to do both sides. 2. There were very limited supplies. We had full capacity at the house and there were only four (small) rolls of toilet paper. We bought another small package ourselves to finish out our stay. There were only a few trash bags available. Dish detergent was available for the dishwasher, but no dish soap to wash them by hand. The only hand soap was in a dispenser in the bathroom. None in the kitchen. The limited supply of toilet paper also had to serve as our tissue paper as there were no boxes of tissue supplied in the house. 3. The pool is not heated, so be prepared for ambient temperature. The surface inside the pool was nice and smooth, but beware that the surface around the outside of the pool is extremely rough. It WILL hurt your feet if they're bare. (As mentioned above, the hot tub was great!)
