This resort like house with open spaces, a relaxing vibe, and natural colors, light will provide the much-needed inspiration or relaxation needed.

This charming home includes:

First floor -- a chefs kitchen with Viking appliances, an impeccable living room that is bright and airy, Restoration Hardware dining area, dedicated TV room, (apple TV, 50" Sony), 1/2 bath, fireplace (decretive), plants, pristine floors and cabinetry.

Second floor -- 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms and a private enclosed balcony that overlooks the backyard from master bedroom.

Basement -- Unfinished (storage or production shoots only)

Backyard -- Fully furnished for outdoor dining or to relax. Fire pit and outdoor den/chill area/gym space. Charcoal and gas grill.

Great stay in the heart of LA

We had a wonderful time at this property in LA. The house was perfect as our hub for the long weekend, as it was close to our friends, and to all the places we wanted to visit with the kids. We had tons of space, both indoor and outdoor, and felt like we could relax and enjoy our time. It was also nice to be able to walk to the local grocery store and bakery in the mornings. Would recommend the house to anyone as its very comfortable, close to the airport, and is conveniently located to all the main LA area attractions.
