The mountains, Denver, Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks are all less the 30 minutes away.
Olde Town Arvada located less an a mile from the home has ample restaurants, bars and breweries. More than enough to keep you busy.

What makes this property unique

Our backyard is probably our highlight.
Offering a HUGE covered patio with Hot tub, gas/charcoal/smoker grill combo, dartboard and plenty of seating/dining area. The backyard itself is large and private with cornhole and a wood burning Solo Stove firepit.
