One mile to Old Town Arvada, 10 minutes to The Highlands, 15 minutes to Coors Field, 17 minutes to Red Rocks and 25 minutes to Boulder. Perfect for large groups, families with kids, business groups or a couples getaway.

EXCELLENT! Host was friendly, checked in on us to see if everything was going well and if we needed anything. Check in and out was super easy and smooth! Host was responsive to questions and very hospitable! House was very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and had lots of extras including air mattress, blankets, ironing board/iron, even down to the small details such as providing q-tips and cotton rounds in both bathrooms! We recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Arvada is the perfect location to visit. You are close to EVERYTHING.
The mountains, Denver, Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks are all less the 30 minutes away.
Olde Town Arvada located less an a mile from the home has ample restaurants, bars and breweries. More than enough to keep you busy.

What makes this property unique

Our backyard is probably our highlight.
Offering a HUGE covered patio with Hot tub, gas/charcoal/smoker grill combo, dartboard and plenty of seating/dining area. The backyard itself is large and private with cornhole and a wood burning Solo Stove firepit.
