Accessibility Note:

I’m sorry, this home is NOT ADA accessible. Stairs are required to access the main living areas. While the basement provides additional living space and amenities, some areas may be difficult to navigate for guests with mobility needs.

Layout: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the main floor (requires going upstairs) and one bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor/basement, accessible through the garage. Any guest staying in basement/ground floor room will have to go upstairs to the main floor for the kitchen, dining room, living room and backyard access. There is a narrow hallway leading to the ground floor guest room which will not accommodate a wheel chair or walker.
