Perfect Group Stay

We brought a group for a dance competition and the location was perfect to accommodate our adults and kids for their needs and wants. Very spacious property and in a great spot near many essential stops and just minutes from activities. We had a great and easy stay!

Great for Family events

House was in a quiet neighborhood. House was nice size for a large group. We were visiting the area to attend a college graduation. We had family ranging in age from 20 something to 80 something. All enjoyed the time we spent here. So convenient for a family versus staying in a hotel.

Spacious and comfortable

I rented the house for a family weekend get-together. House is in a lovely neighborhood. Grocery, shops and restaurants nearby. Large kitchen with plenty of utensils. nice outside grill. Responsive property management. We enjoyed our stay very much

Wedding in Arvada

We had a wonderful time at this house on a quiet street in proximity to much Arvada has to offer including walking trails, stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful and the deck has a nice view. We interacted with very helpful and pleasant staff. Other then a lawn that needed to be mowed and a microwave that is in need of an outlet we had a wonderful time.

Good location, satisfactory home.

The home had many beds, which were all comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the main living room for our group of eight. The location was close to stores and felt very safe. Things that didn’t make sense: Small pots, nothing to use to cook enough for our group at once. We literally made the same meal three times so we could all eat. Towels that were likely purchased at the dollar store. Not enough cutlery for our group. Freezing downstairs-couldn’t use the room that was lower for tv or games because it was ridiculously cold.

I want to start with these facts. The management company was very responsive and tried very hard. The house itself is fine. It was just the right size and layout for our group. Beds were comfortable enough. It’s an older house, but that’s obvious in the pictures. The price is excellent for size. The house is listed as sleeping twelve. We had 9. We stayed for 7 days/6 nights. They allowed one towel per person. We stay in VRBO’s most summers and I’ve never seen anything so stingy. There were zero hand towels in the bathrooms and I found out my mother in law used her jeans as a bath mat to keep from falling. With no extra towels you couldn’t afford to use the towel as a bath mat. There were also only 2 kitchen towels for a week’s stay. I stayed behind one day and washed towels instead of exploring with my family. I let the management company know of the towel situation. They called me and gave me the code to the lock on the linen closet. There were TONS of towels in there. no need to bestingy. However, as I started to pull towels out, they were damp! They had been put away wet!I let the management company know and they decided to order us towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Unfortunately it appears that the delivery driver stole the towels and they were out of bathmats. They sent three packages of wash rags, no hand towels. I replaced the coffee maker, cookie sheet, foosballs. I have so much more to say, but I’m out of characters.

Great family home

We were in the area for a National soccer League championship. We had 3 teens and families. There was plenty of room for the families to eat together and also have space alone. Each family had their own bathroom which was wonderful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The teens enjoyed the downstairs a lot. It gave them a space to themselves when they wanted it. The kitchen was stocked very well. Things to keep in mind, if you are cooking large meals you may need to pick up larger pots. We made it work but some people may not be able to. The outdoor area left a lot to be desired but again, for us we made it work. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and grill although it could have used a good cleaning. We enjoyed the view very much. I contacted the property management a few times and they were very responsive and took care of it. We enjoyed Colorado immensely! If you’re interested in white water rafting I highly recommend clear creek rafting company. They were phenomenal! We enjoyed “Garden of the Gods” and Cave of the winds. We visited Golden Canyon state park and saw a moose and her calf on the trail! We also visited Red rocks. We didn’t see a concert there but I heard that experience is amazing! Highly recommend this house and area!
