Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather trash in provided trash bags located under the kitchen sink, and place the bags in the garage.
Set all 3 thermostates on 76 degrees. Gather used towels and leave them on the wash room floor.
Furniture must be put back in its original place and please do not make beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No street parking. This property has adequate parking on the premises - The city does not allow street parking.
Do not move furniture - all furniture should be in it's original place.
No parties - If it is determined that guests are having a party, the guests will be asked to vacate with/without escort, at the expense of the guests.

We had several problems with this property. The shower and toilet in the downstairs bathroom was filled with sewer water (etc..) and then the shower on the third floor filled the ceiling underneath with water which soaked through the ceiling onto a bed. This left my group with 2 less bathrooms and one less bedroom. It smelled and was unsafe. The host was helpful in moving us to a different property but that was not until late that evening. We appreciate her help but she only offered a very small refund which was absolutely ridiculous considering the situation.
