Relax with the whole family at this spacious 3BR/2.5BA home on 2.8 private acres. Enjoy a large backyard perfect for pets, a kids’ playset, and plenty of room to unwind. Located just 10 minutes from Kerr Lake and 6 minutes from Walmart and Aldi, you’ll have both convenience and tranquility. Peaceful, private, and close to everything—your perfect getaway awaits! There is fencing around the back area; however, we do ask that it be used at your own discretion. Every dog is different in terms of temperament, training, and ability to escape, so we cannot guarantee that the fencing will be suitable for every pet. For that reason, we kindly recommend walking the fence line upon arrival and determining whether you feel comfortable allowing your dogs off leash and unsupervised in the area.
