Charming and historic 1850's tobacco farm on 5 acres just 1.5 miles form Kerr Lake or I-85. Large 2 story home with lots of sofas and community areas for enjoying your friends. You will enjoy the big wrap around porch and the lower deck with a fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen, serving pieces and linens. The Manor House has 5 full bedrooms and 5.5 baths on 2 floors with 3650 square feet with room for you group to spread out.

We totally renovated the property when we purchased it in 2002 and opened as a bed and breakfast. We changed to a vacation rental in 2020 to serve families and more small groups of people. We continually improve the furnishings and atmosphere to serve the needs and enjoyment of our guests.
