Thank you for the candid response. As stated previously to you, and mentioned in the property listing, we are not responsible for the level of the lake as it is weather-related and an act of God. A link to check the lake level was provided to you, and is also shown in the listing. While we understand your disappointment, as you stated above, the lake level is not our fault. As hosts, we are only responsible for the condition of the accomodations. Furthermore, we were not made aware that our cove was in that condition as we do not live there. The guests who left the day prior to your arrival made no mention of the the lack of water in the cove. Had we known, we assuredly would have informed you.
