A simple cottage just 10 m from the shore.



Step into an idyllically located cottage with a mixture of authentic and rustic furniture. You will feel especially at home here, as you can enjoy your morning coffee with breakfast on the veranda while you gaze out over the sea or spend hours together in the comfortable interior.



This small fishing village in the south of Sicily is a wonderful place to stay for relaxing vacation hours. Unwind, walk along the beach and jump for a refreshment and the beautiful blue sea. The house is located between Marina di Ragusa (5 km) and Punta Secca (3.3 km), one kilometer from Kaucana, an ancient Greek settlement with adjacent museum. Punta Secca is a characteristic fishing village with a beautiful lighthouse surrounded by bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Marina di Ragusa is characterized by fine sand and crystal clear waters and offers all kinds of services and a beautiful marina. Take small walks or bike rides along the coast or inland and enjoy the beautiful scenery and the warm rays of the sun.

The holiday flat was very good.

We received a friendly welcome. The contact with the landlord was quick and easy via Whatsapp. All the rooms were clean so that we could quickly feel at home. The furnishings were stylish overall. The equipment was very good and could hardly be better. The children could watch Netflix on TV, Wi-Fi was there, hoover, oven, washing machine, clothes horse, microwave, kettle and much more were there. We were particularly pleased with the sun loungers and beach chairs. The small balcony is enough for sitting in the evening with a direct sea view. The location is right on the beach, as we wished and it was described on the platform. We had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
