This well-maintained and spotless lakefront retreat features 4 bedrooms, a game room, and fully stocked living spaces, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests with boutique hotel–style attention to detail.

Just 5–7 minutes from WEF show grounds and NPC polo, and close to Palm Beach dining, beaches, and golf.

Four bedrooms, nine guests. The home is fully yours.
Bedrooms are dressed in hotel-grade mattresses, linens, and pillows — with sound machines, sleep masks, and earplugs already at the bedside. Bathrooms are stocked beyond the basics. The master bathroom features dual sinks and a smart toilet with bidet.

The kitchen is loaded for real cooking or real laziness — coffee, tea, spices, oils, cookware, an air fryer, a smoothie maker, and bottles of drinking water.

The dining room seats eight comfortably, with a full cocktail shaker set on the sideboard — ready for a proper evening without leaving the house.

The family room anchors the indoor experience — a recliner sectional facing an 85" TV, ready for a proper movie night.

The game room takes it further: full-size arcade machines, a 75" TV with Nintendo Switch 2 preloaded with games, a curated board game collection for families, kids, and adults, and a poker set with card shuffler for a friendly battle around the table.

For those who can't fully disconnect, a dedicated office with a 27" monitor, keyboard, and mouse is ready when you need it.

Gentle night lighting shines throughout the house, making midnight kitchen trips a breeze.
A shoe rack, jacket hooks, and umbrellas are at the entry — because the details matter from the first step in.

Outside, the heated pool overlooks the lake — calm, open, and right at your doorstep. Sun loungers, pool towels, sunscreen, tanning lotion, and after-sun care are already out — because we thought of that too. The covered gazebo has a TV, fire-pit, string lights, and a bug-repellent system that keeps Florida evenings genuinely enjoyable.

Slippers are tucked away for when you need them.

QUIET HOURS: 10pm–8am — Noise complaints resulting in police involvement carry a minimum $500 FEE and immediate reservation forfeiture.

KEEP ALL DOORS CLOSED — Bugs get in and humidity makes floors slippery.

LAKE & BANKS ARE PRIVATE PROPERTY — Not accessible.

PETS OFF pool and furniture.

CLEAN THE GRILL after every use — A cleaning charge applies if left dirty.
