Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
No dishes are to be left dirty nor in the dishwasher or sink.
Please put all dirty towels inside the hampers provided for you that are inside the closets. Please do not wipe off makeup with any of the linen you are provided with makeup removing towel.
No need to strip the bedding of the beds. You can just leave the bedding as is. We will take care of it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If something is broken or missing, let us know we will replace immediately

Our property is most definitely one of the best looking on the block. It is the only two-story house on the entire block. It is not only two master bedrooms, it also has a loft with a sofa bed. It has a gorgeous spiral staircase.
