Start your mornings with coffee on your private outdoor patio, spend the day at the beach or by the pool, and unwind in a quiet, resort-style community. Located just minutes from world-class golf at TPC Sawgrass, this is the perfect stay for golf trips, beach vacations, or a peaceful escape.

The space
WALK TO THE BEACH! Approx ½ mile ten-minute walk to the private beach access at Sawgrass Country Club.

Community pool is located at 17 Sawgrass Dr S, approx a half mile walk, in the interior of the neighborhood. *Any pools visible on aerial photos that are beachside are unrelated to any properties in the community

Primary bedroom with king bed, and suite bath located on second floor of townhome.

Secondary bedroom with two twin beds, located on main level. Full bath on main level as well.

Full-sized washer and dryer are also located on the main floor
