Growing up in this area, I wanted to stay by the beach. The location is fantastic, literally just a few step from the ocean. Place was very nice and stocked with additional items you may need. Parking was always available and right in front of the condo.

The condo and location were perfect!! Peaceful and relaxing and everyone you met in the gated community were so friendly. The beach being in your front yard (almost) was lovely! Julie had so many extra personal items for you….snacks, water, trash bags , spices , beach items and more!You won’t regret booking Julie’s condo !!!

We were so happy with our stay. They had absolutely everything that we needed. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We will definitely stay there again. The walk to the beach was so close too! Loved it!!! Thanks again!

The condo was immaculate. Everything was provided including a french press and a grinder! Be still my heart. The owner was absolutely wonderful when I had issues with the TV. She walked me through it all and was available to answer my questions. All in all, I'd certainly rent this VRBO again.

This studio unit is spacious and well equipped. Very clean and the screened in balcony was perfect for breakfast. The supplied beach chairs & umbrella came in handy. The condo is across from a private country club pool which unfortunately you don’t have access to but beach access is very close and convenient. Overall, nice condo and would definitely stay here again. Host was proactive and provided good communication.

This was our second visit to Julie's lovely property. Located steps to the ocean where we searched for (and found) shark teeth and a short ride to the tennis facility for our annual charity event. Wish we had more time to relax at the condo! You will find everything you need, kitchen with ample supplies for cooking, bathroom (with extras in case you forgot things), plenty of sheets, towels and blankets.

Such a lovely place! Super clean and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with all of the necessities as well as lots of nice little extras. High quality sheets, pillows, towels. Location is amazing with beach access (not always available at other Sawgrass locations). Owner is accommodating, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Julie was very responsive to my questions ahead of my visit - and all of the instructions and helpful information were quite clear. The unit is fabulous, not just because it’s so close to the beach, but because it’s lovely, quiet, the kitchen has everything needed if you’re cooking, and there are linens galore! She really thought of everything. Hoping to return next year!
