I’m from RVA originally. Got into hosting accidentally but I really enjoy it. Keeps me busy now that my children are adults.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is fabulous! You can walk to everything….grocery stores, plural are literally around the block. Bars, restaurants, shopping, the museum. You really don’t need a car here. But if you do there is parking and very close proximity to the interstate. The neighborhood is festive, always something going on. Not to mention, the neighborhood is beautiful!! Tree-lined streets with some of RVA’s most beautiful homes.
What makes this property unique
I feel what makes my properties stick out for starters is the fact that I manage them personally. No group or agencies. My properties are very clean and well maintained. Of course the goal is to make money however I do not cheap out on my guests. All furnishings, art work, amenities, kitchen and bath essentials I would have in my own home.
