Big spacious home, 6 kayaks, firepit, fishing, boat space, next to Goat Island.

Your Trinity adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. Bring a boat or jetskis. We have excellent fishing right off the dock. We have 6 kayaks and it’s just a short kayak trip to Goat Islands sandy beach. This welcoming space features a mix of beds including a king, two queens, a full, a twin, and a futon, perfect for groups of all sizes. With three bathrooms offering both showers and a bathtubs, guests enjoy convenience and comfort throughout their stay. The master suite is huge and has a private balcony overlooking the water. We have a large living room with an open design and plenty of table space for everyone to enjoy for work or leisure. The views are amazing from the living room and kitchen with a full wall of windows overlooking the lake. We have many different spaces including an extra kids room with a foosball table.
Enjoy the fire pit and outdoor couch set on our covered porch. Fish or sunbathe on our huge dock on the water. The fire pit is over looking the lake and there are patio chairs to sit around it. This house is fully stocked with lots of extras. We have a huge pantry with all kinds of kitchen supplies. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a cozy night in, this phenomenal home has everything you need. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. The property manager is available to help with any questions or issues you may have at any point during your stay.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please put all towels in the hamper in the laundry room.
Leave beds as they are. Do not strip them. We will do that.
Please do dishes and run the dishwasher. Try your best to put things back as you found them. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties, you must inform the host if you plan to have over 8 guests. There is a $15 fee for guests over 8. 12 people max. No pets of any kind.
You can smoke outside, if you smoke inside you will be charged a $350 extra cleaning fee. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful.
We can fit 6 cars. Cars over 6 will have to park at the boat ramp across the bridge. There is a $5 charge per car. Report any damages immediately.

Amazing house! Cool part of the lake! The house was really nice and big. Everything was super clean and labeled. There were instructions for everything. The kitchen had everything we could think of. The bathrooms were well stocked. My family and I had plenty of room, OMG! The master bed room is HUGE! We took our son and some of his friends and they loved kayaking to the island across the way to see the goats and to hang out at the beach. The dock was really fun to lounge on and we even caught a few catfish. Jeff and Jen are very nice hosts and responded really quickly. Check in and check out was easy. The house is easy to find. We don’t live that far away so we will probably be back again soon.

We are retired and mostly travel around visiting our kids. Home is in Michigan right now were we have a small resort on a lake with cabins we rent out. We are back and forth to Texas. We have a very nice lady that takes care of our guests for us while we are away. Most likely you will deal with Jen. She is very attentive and will be happy to help you in anyway she can.

Why they chose this property

We liked that is was close to our kids in Texas and offered a place for everyone to get together. Our kids love the lake and have always enjoyed taking holidays up at the lake house.

What makes this property unique

This is a pretty big house and newly renovated. This part of the lake is very unique because it is a quieter cove so you don’t have the big waves you do in other parts of the lake. We are right across from Goat Island which has a nice beach to kayak to and hang out for the day. Jen owns all the Goats on the island and would be happy to give a boat tour if you ask about it. The house is all lake front and has amazing sun rises.
