The house was better than originally seen on the pictures. The dock was messed up and not really useable so that was a downside for our stay since we did bring our boat. They are suppose to get the dock fixed at some point. The area was really nice. A really nice neighborhood and dock just at the entrance to the neighborhood that was free for us to use! That was really great!!

Great house right on the lake!

The house was quite large for just my wife and I, but very accommodating. Walmart 10 minutes away. Very peaceful and quite. Caught alot of blue cat and several over 5 pounds! Will definitely book again!

Clean and cool in the summer

Place was clean and stayed cool in the high 90 degree weather. A couple of the twin beds needs to be updated, seemed a little worn and could feel the springs.

Livingston trip

the House was in a great location, right on the Lake. The yard is gently slopes to the shore. The house was very comfortable and clean. It is a bit outdated with old furniture. The carpet is stained and needs replacing. Chris, the host was easy to work with. We would rent this house again.

Lakeside

I loved be right on the lake with a screened in porch and plenty of outside seating and a large dock. Kitchen could use a little updating but the house was clean and quite spacious. The master bedroom was massive with two seating areas and direct access to the porch. There is no free wifi connection but we still had a pretty good reception at the house. I would definitely stay again

PROS:  The yard and lake are beautiful.  Also, Chris, the house manager, was exceptionally nice. CONS:  The house is large, but WEIRD. If the owner would spend a little money fixing it up, it could be a showplace. Did I mention it's weird?  Look at the photos very closely before you book. If you're looking for a hunting/fishing lodge that can sleep 100 people decorated by your grandmother, this is your place. BE VERY ADVISED there is no wifi, and the cell phone signal is very spotty. (3G)  No wifi means no Netflix, Hulu, or whatever you prefer. Granted, we should be outside enjoying nature, but it rained the weekend I stayed. Plus, for those of us that need to check in with work on laptops, it's not gonna happen. There are at least 100 light switches in the house that don't do anything. No, make that 200 light switches.  I am very serious.  We never did figure out how to turn on the lights in the living room, so we used the flashlight on our phones at night to see. Plus, some of the light switches that do work aren't in the actual room the lights are in.  (Example is the master bedroom switches are in the outside hallway.)  If you want light to see what's going on, keep looking. (I'm sitting in the totally dark living room as I type this.) Another thing to note: there are a lot of places on the property that are off limits. Cool, but a locked room INSIDE the master bedroom gives off murder vibes. And let me say it again: no wifi. None.

Great place to stay to get away!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The house was clean and ready for us to enjoy ourselves for the weekend. The big back yard was a plus for my family as we like to play games! Will stay again!

Great Lake front location

Good location, lake front area is excellent, Good size and well taking care back yard allowing for other group activities. House needs some maintenance o the lighting but overall a good property to be in.

We enjoyed our stay.

Yard was beautiful, perfect place for swimming, carpet could be cleaned or changed. Lights are awkward to find switches and most didn't work. Outside lights were also not working.

Wonderful!

We stayed at this fantastic spacious lake house over Father's Day weekend. The accommodations were spacious and the amenities were so nice. We loved the screened in porch and enjoyed spectacular views of the lake and watched the boats, birds and nature. Even though there were rain storms we caught a few catfish off of the spacious dock. The soothing sound of the rain on the skylights in the huge master suite was comforting and exciting at the same time. We even experienced the wonder of the almost full moon shining on the lake casting a silvery glow over the pier and the large yard. We loved the lighted tree and the beautiful lights along the walk by the water. Needless to say, we loved it. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

It felt like home from the time I arrived!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! From the time we arrived to the time we left was just amazing. There was plenty of parking for everyone and was not crowed or having to move cars to let someone out. The home was very large and everyone was able to walk around and have plenty of room not to crowd each other. The kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. They screened in back porch was a great place to just chill and have lots of giggles with friends. They dock and sidewalk down to the water with the pole lights at night was amazing to sit and watch the sunrise and sun set. Chris handled everything perfectly for us, very easy to work with. We have a few get together every few months and rent places. Everyone agreed this is one we will be going back too. House was super clean and enjoyed our stay.

PARADISE

This was a home away from home.. It has everything a person would need for their stay .We truly enjoyed our weekend and wasn't ready for it to end. We all loved the place and will return . We did catch a few catfish that was awesome.
