The Space:

Experience the ultimate mountain escape at Highcrest Vista, a newly built 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxury retreat in Gatlinburg where modern design meets the natural beauty of Mount Le Conte.



Dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame panoramic views and flood the home with natural light, setting the tone for elevated mountain living. The main level unfolds into an expansive great room anchored by a fireplace, alongside a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area for up to ten guests. This level also provides access to the outdoor deck, offering an easy connection to the surrounding landscape. It also features a spacious guest bedroom with a private balcony, as well as a full bathroom with a soaking tub.



Upstairs, two en-suite bedrooms offer a private, suite-style experience, each complete with its own fireplace, TV, and balcony, while a private outdoor deck area provides an additional vantage point to take in the surrounding landscape.



Highcrest Vista accommodates up to 10 guests. The primary sleeping configuration covers eight guests across the four bedrooms, with space for two additional guests on the pull-out couch in the lower-level family room.





The lower level is designed for both leisure and flexibility, featuring a bar area with a sink and refrigerator, along with a lounge-style family room with a pull-out couch, pool table, and arcade. This level also includes a guest bedroom with two twin beds, multiple outdoor access points, and added conveniences including a laundry room and pantry.



Outdoors, expansive decks span each level, thoughtfully positioned to capture both privacy and sweeping views. The backyard invites evenings around the fire pit and features a BBQ grill for outdoor dining, while a secluded hot tub offers a quiet place to unwind and enjoy the Smoky Mountain View.



Guests also enjoy access to Chalet Village’s exclusive community amenities, including swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness facilities, and clubhouse spaces. Blending striking scenery with inviting living spaces, this sophisticated retreat offers a truly immersive mountain living experience.



Guest Access:

Guests have full use of the house with the exception of the Owner's closet, Utility Room and garage, which remain locked.

Highcrest Vista places you within easy reach of some of Gatlinburg’s most sought-after attractions. Within a few minutes, explore the scenic trails and overlooks of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, take in panoramic views from the Gatlinburg SkyPark, or stroll through downtown Gatlinburg’s shops, restaurants, and entertainment. For a bit of adventure, enjoy alpine coasters, ziplining, or a visit to Anakeesta, while nearby Pigeon Forge offers family-friendly attractions, dinner shows, and outlets. Whether it's seeking outdoor exploration or lively local experiences, the area offers a well-rounded mountain getaway just moments away.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



For security purposes, note that there's an exterior camera above the garage facing the driveway area.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking/vaping is not allowed anywhere in the home but is allowed in the outside areas of the home. Smoking in the home will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.





Security deposit



A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
