This carefully restored complex is located in the middle of the fields of the Val di Cecina, a few steps from the river of the same name. Much attention was paid to the construction of the swimming pool, where a hydromassage ( about 11 people) and a children's pool carved into the stone were created. Resort "Podere la Querciola", 2 storeys, renovated in 2021, surrounded by meadows and fields. In the district of Casino di Terra 11 km from the centre of Guardistallo, 14 km from the centre of Cecina, in a secluded, quiet position, 16 km from the sea. For shared use: property with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 11 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (extra). Motor access (700 m via unmade road). Parking. Shop 11 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 1.1 km, sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" 16 km. Sehr schöne Anlage mit ca. 10 Wohnungen
Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage, ein bisschen vernab vom Trubel. Wenn man die Ruhe liebt, ist das genau richtig. Voltera, Siena auch Pisa sind 30min bis 90min zu entfernt. Es war einfach toll!
