About this property

PEAK GLAMPING EXPERIENCE on 1/2 acre w/trees and gardens. Vegetarian/No smokers

*Please read property rules before booking, thanks.

The RV has an artistic and colorful interior reflective of our personal taste. It is joyous and clean with a great collection of weird art.

It has one bedroom with two connected twins=king size bed. There's a cover for the skylight, black blinds and a privacy curtain which allows for adequate darkness for light sleepers. There's also a day bed creating a space for a second sleeper.

Vegetarian kitchen. There's a full kitchen with microwave and we have a strict no-meat policy. No cooking meat, no fish, no chicken allowed to prevent smells from permeating the interior. Also, no delivery meals that contain meat can be brought on board.

For our scent-sitive guests… we see you. While we're not 100% scent-free, but we make a strong effort to keep it neutral by asking guests to refrain from heavy perfumes/colognes.

There's a small shower in the SMALL bathroom with a limited supply of hot water.

The RV is an older model, 2007, but we keep it very clean and cozy.

The RV sits on our half acre property surrounded by cedar trees and gardens which are open to guests.

We offer free WiFi.

We are on the river, surrounded by nature and it’s very peaceful, but this is a city. We live under a flight path, private jets and small planes can be heard occasionally throughout the day. We love them. We also live by a park, so the usual park noises can be heard. There are also lots of chirping birds. All things considered, it's a deeply peaceful place in a beautiful setting. Our guests tell us that they have the best sleep of their lives on the RV.

And I know that the larger majority of people are respectful and will be great guests, we just have to state the *property rules* clearly for those who are less civilized.

-OUR DOGS are 20 pounds each. They are friendly and adorable, but any dog-fearing folks or people with allergies might not be comfortable here.
-No guests on the property, no parties. 2 people only.
-No smokers or vapers. It's not permitted anywhere on the property. Do not book if either you or your travel companion are smokers/vapers.
-No meat allowed on the RV. That includes chicken and fish.
-No illegal activity. Sorry.

A cleaning fee of $250 will be imposed in the event of residual odor.

For the guests' protection, there are external security cameras across the entire property. The recordings are viewed only in the event of an incident or suspicion of illegal activity.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This short stay was such a treat and the host was very welcoming. when we arrived. I have stayed in RV glamping rentals before with just the bare minimum and this one was by far an 11 out of 10 five star for sure. Anything and everything we needed was provided and more. The atmosphere inside and out was calming and very pleasant. Loved the art and decor inside. The outside garden and exterior was also very peaceful and zen like. Wish we had more time to enjoy it all since we were only in town for one night. I learned we were the first guests and we really enjoyed it. Kudos to you Patti and Drue on a job well done, you guys are rocking it. I don't have anything negative to say about this property except I wish we had more time :) I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting an extremely pleasant experience. Pak and Niky

This was a great deal for me to stay in while visiting nearby family. The hosts were super nice and went the extra mile to include little comforts and helpful items to have handy in the RV just in case. I plan to stay again if it's available for future trips.

Why they chose this property

We have both loved Allentown for decades, it’s a unique neighborhood built along the Duwamish River with friendly neighbors and lots of parks. We felt so lucky to find our home for sale 20 years ago at the right time. It’s such a special area surrounded by nature yet so close to all of the conveniences of the city.

What makes this property unique

We have spent our entire 20 years here building upon our land adding gardens and ponds. We are caretakers of dozens of species of birds and other animals, it’s such a beautiful place to wake up every morning.
