The cool air conditioning and heating/gas fireplace keep the space comfortable year-round. Whether you’re gathering for a quiet night in or preparing for an adventure, this townhome offers a welcoming retreat. Fall in love with Morgantown and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Garage not included. We are minutes from interstate 68. Just steps from the Lakehouse restaurant. WVU is a 15 minute drive: downtown or Evansdale campuses. Also about 15 minutes to either hospital: Ruby Memorial or Mon General. The coliseum is about a 20 minute drive. Cooper’s Rock is a 15 minute drive to look out.
