The Kitchen has a "down draft" stove/oven. Note there is no hood/range above the appliance. Please turn the down draft fan on when using the stove/oven. The vapors are actually pulled down through the grate in the middle of the appliance and pushed outside. Guests will have access to the entire property, including the garage. The Gray/Stone house across the street, to the left of the mailboxes, including the gravel lot, is private property and off limits. A $250 fine is levied for trespassing. We live in a lakeside community so parking during peak seasons becomes an issue. Therefore our HOA enforces a strict No On Street Parking rule, as well as only 1 vehicle per driveway. Our unit offers an additional parking space inside the garage. Extra vehicles can be left in the Marina. We are local to the cheat lake area.
