Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Throw trash away: Please place all trash in the provided bins and make sure the lids are closed securely.
Turn things off: Winter: Lower thermostat to 60°. (DO NOT turn off heat or hot tub!) Summer: Raise thermostat to 80°.
Lock up: When leaving, lock all windows and doors. (Make sure the hot tub cover is secured!)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You MUST be 25+ to rent Violations of these rules may result in removal without refund.
Trash - There are bears in the area and they love to raid trash!
To deter him and ensure your safety, please make sure trash is always bagged and placed in receptacles.
