Beautiful country house near San Pantaleo

Enjoy the Mediterranean ambiance at this spacious country house nestled in the mountains and built according to organic and green principles. You will be surrounded by magnificent panoramic views from 3 terraces, beautiful granite rocks in an exceptionally quiet location. It is situated 3.7 km from Costa Smeralda and only 2 km from the charming village of San Pantaleo. Hiking trails to the sea and into the mountains are accessible directly from the entrance gate.
Beautiful house in the heart of nature with olive grove and organic vegetable gardens. In the house large open living room, dining room and kitchen, vast glass doors to admire the panoramic view of magnificent mountains, rocks and vegetation. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom can either hold 1 or 2 single beds or 1 double bed. 2 bathrooms. Comfortable sofa in living room can be used as bed as well.
If you need more space, we also rent a cosy granny-flat in the souterrain, with 2 bedrooms, living area with kitchenette, bathroom, available on request.
The house is fully insulated against heat and cold with Sardinian cork. The two rooms - one with comfortable working space with LAN and WiFi - are equipped with silent, independent air conditioning. In the other spaces, smart window and curtain opening and closing makes air conditioning unnecessary.
Small playground with sandpit, tree house, little slide directly at the house.
Guests have private access to all rooms and terraces. We only occasionally access the terraces for plant watering, very rarely we might access the third room which has a separate entrance, as we store a few private things there.
The self contained apartment with it's own private entrance in the basement might be rented separetely to other guests. This won't diminish privacy in the main house and on the terraces.
We are happy that this place attracts people who enjoy the peace and quiet.
On the property there are 3 cats and 2 dogs, all very quiet and 100% well-behaved.
