First the good. The property is gorgeous! Large, open floor plan with high end appliances, fixtures, and furniture. Nice sized poor with hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. Large TVs in each room. Ample parking. Plenty of dishes, utensils, small appliances. The communication with the staff was excellent, especially considering the problems we encountered. Now the bad. This listing is somewhat inaccurate and looks like it was sent through an AI tool (see individual picture descriptions). No exercise bikes were found. While there is an elevator, if you are in a wheelchair, you still have to navigate down 6-8 steps to just get in the house. The house is NOT ADA compliant. While it does not say that it is on the listing, the conversation I had with one of the hosts prior to renting it made me believe that it would be fine for my daughter who gets around in a wheelchair. Having to carry her in/out of the house (and then her chair) was difficult. Also, the basement level, with the movie theater, exercise area, and pool table, is not served by the elevator. Only the top two levels are wheelchair accessible. If the movie theater is not working, try the breaker box on the outside of the house. It was tripped. I had to locate this on my own while also trying to figure out the pool remote/settings, as the responsive host was not of any help.Despite the multiple issues we had, we did enjoy the house, and the hosts did refund us a very small amount.
