This property has amazing views of the river! It is a nicely decorated house with a relaxing ambience and is well stocked with coffee, soap, shampoo etc. We loved sitting on the patio watching the river!!

Super nice and clean place to stay. View of the white river is amazing. Even tho our AC went out, our host was johnny on the spot and got us a room at the cotter trout lodge and had a new AC unit put in the next day. Highly recommend staying here. 10/10

We truly appreciated your flexibility while we worked to get everything resolved as quickly as possible. While the A/C outage was certainly not part of the experience we intended, we’re happy we could arrange accommodations and have a brand-new unit installed the very next day. The home is conveniently situated between the Wildcat Shoals and Cotter boat launches, making it easy to get on the water and enjoy world-class trout fishing. At the same time, you're just a short drive from the dining, shopping, and everyday conveniences found in Cotter, Flippin, and Mountain Home.

What we love most is the balance. The property feels peaceful, private, and secluded, yet you're never far from the amenities you may need during your stay. It's a place where you can enjoy quiet mornings overlooking the river, spend the day fishing or exploring, and still have easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
