Beach Access:
Head down Patina Blvd to the bike/walking path on the South side of 30a. The Seabreeze Beach access is to the right and the Seacrest Drive Beach Access is to the left.

Rental Agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book.
NO smoking allowed, including on porches
NO Pets/Animals allowed due to Owner Medical Condition

Our Favorite Stay on 30A

We had a wonderful stay at "Fin and Tonic" and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet spot on 30A that's still close to everything. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and extremely well maintained. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. We especially enjoyed the public beach and the nearby beach access point, which was just a short walk from the house. Even during peak times, there was plenty of room for everyone on the beach. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip!

Wonderful time! Fin and Tonic is beautiful decorated and calm surroundings, so clean, comfortable, family friendly, and had everything we need. Is a short walk to the beach and very near the pool so spent a lot of time both places. We had 3 generations with us - something for everyone and together. Michelle, the host, is so responsive to any need. We will be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

I cannot recommend this house enough! It had everything we needed to make our stay truly enjoyable. They have everything you could ever need for your stay and I was blown away by the cleanliness. The front porch was our favorite thing about the house! It’s in a perfect location between Seaside/Rosemary Beach! The private beach access + public beach access near the house were in walking distance & they weren’t too crowded at all! We also used the community pool everyday! We will definitely recommend this house to friends and family + already looking forward to booking this house again in the future!
