Step into this newly refurbished Rosemary cottage, and step it up a notch in your Rosemary Beach vacation experience. This comfortably chic residence has everything you would want for your Rosemary Beach getaway. A spacious outdoor courtyard/dining. Just around the corner from the town center and only minutes to the beach! A floating steel staircase is the focal point of this stylishly chic home, great-for-entertaining and state-of the-art beach house. Climb the architecturally intriguing staircase to the second floor which offers two master suites, each with their own private bath, double sinks and separate tub. Each master bedroom offer its own private porch with views of the local scene. Step it up even higher and find a third floor loft space furnished with two cozily nestled bunk bed sets, and private bath and shower, TVand board games (third floor not recommended for small children).
The open first-floor plan conveniently connects the kitchen (stainless appliances, island for entertaining) with the dining and living room spaces to keep company and conversation flowing. A separate sitting room with all new furniture Smart TV offers a private retreat for guests seeking a little solace from the abundance of activities. The location was great! Just a short walk to town center and a short bike ride to the beach and outside pools. Our teens enjoyed the freedom of biking around town. The house was clean and comfortable!

The home was in an excellent location within Rosemary and was very well equipped and comfortable. We liked the comfortable furnishings and amenities. The two king bedrooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing I’d point out, because we were a group of 60-80 yo women is that the stairs to the third floor bunk room are a bit tricky. Quite step and somewhat difficult to go up and down, especially with luggage. If you’re with a younger group, however, you should be fine.

Could not be a better location. Centralized to everything, downtown, pools, beach, everything. Home was spotless and very well kept. Kitchen will have everything you need and there are even additional things that make getting around town easier (bikes and a wagon). Loved our stay and already trying to figure out when we can get back!

The house was exactly as described, the host was quick to respond to any questions, and we loved being within biking/walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Note, if you drink tea using a kettle, be sure to bring your own. Publix is less than 5 minutes away so we easily ran over to purchase our own. As for coffee, the home had a coffee pot, filters and enough delicious ground coffee from Amavida to cover you for at least the first two mornings of your vacation! We loved our stay and were so sad to leave!

The quality and location of this property is amazing. It is in a quiet part of the neighborhood but also 2-3 mins walk to coffee shop/resturants and 5–10 min easy walk to beautiful beach. Host was very helpful and responsive to questions. Would definitely return to this property.

Outstanding location and stay

This house was nicely maintained and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to all the pools, beach and downtown. It's a great location.

This was a terrific house. We had two couples and a baby but would have had room for more kids. House was the right size, comfortable and very well located. We will want to stay here again but next time would not rent a car—everything was within short walking distance. The host was excellent and responsive for the small things we needed help with. The POA pass is a great amenity for the beach and pool. A wonderful week.
