The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to offer this wonderful home as part of our distinctive collection of homes exclusively located in the town of Rosemary Beach
Step into this newly refurbished Rosemary cottage, and step it up a notch in your Rosemary Beach vacation experience. This comfortably chic residence has everything you would want for your Rosemary Beach getaway. A spacious outdoor courtyard/kitchen. Just around the corner from the town center and only minutes to the beach! A floating steel staircase is the focal point of this stylishly chic home, great-for-entertaining and state-of the-art beach house. Climb the architecturally intriguing staircase to the second floor which offers two master suites, each with their own private bath, double sinks and separate tub. Each master bedroom offer its own private porch with views of the local scene. Step it up even higher and find a third floor loft space furnished with two cozily nestled bunk bed sets, and private bath and shower, TV/VCR/DVD, movies and board games (third floor not recommended for small children).
The open first-floor plan conveniently connects the kitchen (stainless appliances, island for entertaining) with the dining and living room spaces to keep company and conversation flowing. A newly added courtyard with outdoor kitchen, beautiful water feature and dinning area welcomes guests to the pleasure of morning coffee, mid day lemonade or evening cocktails.
For local activity beyond the beach this home is just a short walk from the year round Sky Pool and tennis courts as well as the town center shops, restaurants and beautiful beach.

Absolutely stunning house! So close to shops and the beach. Love the layout of the house & beautiful coastal interior design. Beach towels provided and a beach wagon and bikes. Private beach & pool passes were very nice. Balconies off each master suite were furnished and cozy. Loved everything! Thank you so much. We hope to be back!

The quality and location of this property is amazing. It is in a quiet part of the neighborhood but also 2-3 mins walk to coffee shop/resturants and 5–10 min easy walk to beautiful beach. Host was very helpful and responsive to questions. Would definitely return to this property.

Amazing experience

We had the MOST wonderful time in Rosemary and this home is the perfect spot! Close to the beach, the bikes were a hit with our boys, large kitchen and living area and wonderful host that answered all of our questions! This will now be our spot when we come to Rosemary Beach for sure!!
