The holiday home del Sole is situated in a garden oasis above Colico. Near the bay of Piona in a beautiful hillside location with a view of the surrounding mountain scenery, surrounded by nature: meadows, fields and a mountain stream, some residential houses in the neighbourhood. An idyllic, large garden with many palm trees, fruit trees and flowering shrubs awaits you. On the garden side is the solar-heated, underwater-lit pool and the children's pool as well as the garden playground equipment with a view of the local mountain Monte Legnone, the lake and the Alpine panorama. The holiday home has a large partially covered terrace with garden furniture,
sun loungers, parasol and garden barbecue. There is a wide balcony on the lake side. Above the pool is the holiday home Casa Bellavista with four accommodation units. The pool is shared by the guests of both houses.

It is about 5 minutes by car to the village and the beaches.

The pool is solar heated and extra fenced. The toddlers' pool is max. 35 cm deep, solar heated.
The pool is open from Easter to mid-September depending on the weather, other times on request.
Colico has several stretches of beach, mostly shallow and partly sandy.

Bright, friendly furnishing style.
The living rooms and bedrooms have parquet floors, the bathrooms have tiled floors.

The sun terrace leads into the bright living and dining area with fitted kitchen to the side, living area with double sofa bed to the sea side with access to the wide balcony with small sea view.

Sleeping area:
Double bedroom and triple bedroom.
The bathroom is with small bath/shower enclosure.

Casa del Sole is an ideal bathing, summer and leisure domicile, a garden paradise for all: during school holidays a family domicile for all generations - many experience this holiday paradise as quiet and relaxing. Outside the school holidays, garden lovers get their money's worth. Well-kept holiday flats for holiday savers: bed linen is provided (to be changed yourself). Landlords speak German and can be reached by telephone.

The vehicles are parked in the grounds next to the holiday home on illuminated parking spaces.
