Located conveniently in downtown Rome, GA, this house is in the perfect location whether you are here for tennis, Berry College, or the hospital. Centrally located in the Historic Avenue A district of Rome, our home is walking distance to the beautiful shops and restaurants of Rome, as well as the tennis courts and riverwalk trail.
The perfect spot features two bedroom. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed and sitting area while bedroom 2 has a king bed, offering plenty of space for guests to relax. A recently renovated bathroom includes a bathtub and a new shower with tankless hot water, making your stay easy and convenient.
This house features a large kitchen with an eating area, as well as a formal dining room. The living room has spacious seating as well as an upright piano.
Whether you’re unwinding after a day of playing tennis or a day hiking at Berry College, this quaint house provides a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
